Things are really coming together for Saturdays party. We have a second band, NotFX, a NOFX cover band from Lincoln City joining the fun. In addition to the Ninkasi Beer garden, wine will also be available for purchase. ASV has donated 5 copies of their latest local surfing video “Friends of ASV” to be raffled off. Envision Surfboards will be raffeling off a hooded sweatshirt as well. I will keep posted info about Saturdays event as it becomes availble!

Summer Saleabration Fundraiser!

Come one Come all to Ossies Surfshop’s Summer saleabration! The Saleabration is on Saturday July 31th at Ossies Surfshop in Newport, OR. There will be a live band playing, a Nankasi beer garden, and food provided by the Newport Cafe, plus tons of sales at Ossies Surfshop. There will be Wetsuits at 20%-40% Off, surfboard sales, 40% off selected clothing, and many more great savings. Ossies will be open from 10am to 9pm, and Music, food, and the beer garden will start at 6pm. Ossies Surfshop is located at 4860 N Coast Hwy., Newport, Or. This is all to help out the Surfer’s foundation to help raise money to keep our oceans and beaches clean and safe for all of us to surf and have fun. So be there and don’t miss out, and help support us in cleaning our oceans!

Newport cafe will be serving Black bean burritos, fish tacos, and puled pork tacos.

Otter Rock N’ Roll and International Surfing Day this Weekend!
Otter Rock N Roll” target=”_self”>This Saturday, June 19th, in early celebration of International Surfing Day, the Newport, Siuslaw and Portland Chapters will be hosting the Otter Rock n’ Roll Youth Surf Contest and Beach Cleanup Challenge All of the details on registration can be found by clicking here: Otter Rock n Roll.

What: 18 and under surf contest, lessons, beach cleanup and stewardship activities
Where: Otter Rock State Park
