Return policy
All sales are final, however we will gladly exchange items that are still in new condition with all tags and packaging with proof of purchase. All exchanges must be approved first via phone or email and any additional shipping costs involved with exchanges will be payed by you, the customer. New items may also be returned and a store credit gift card may be issued to be used at a later date. Used items are not returnable. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Shipping Surfboards We ship surfboards under 7ft. via Greyhound, over 7ft via Amtrak. All surfboards shipped are insured for the cost of the board (shipping cost is not insured). When the surfboard arrives at it’s destination the customer will receive a call from Greyhound or Amtrak to come and pick up the board. We find that this is the most economical way to send a surfboard. If you require faster delivery we will be happy to use Fedex, UPS or any other carrier as long as you pay for the additional shipping costs.
