Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority, that said, all sales are final. We will gladly exchange new unused items that are in original condition with all tags, packaging and proof of purchase. All exchanges must be approved first via phone or email and any additional shipping costs involved with exchanges will be payed by you, the customer. New items may also be returned and a store credit gift card, may be issued to be used at a later date. SALE items are not returnable, USED items are not returnable. That said, we will do everything we can to make sure your stoked. Some manufacturers warranty their product even after it has been used, see “Manufacturer Warranties” below for more information. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Any scheduled lessons or tours must be paid in full at the time of the reservation and may be cancelled with a full refund BEFORE 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time. If weather prevents lesson from being safe, alternate activities or store credit will be offered.
