Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right. You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be new and unused.

Returned with original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and all included accessories.

Original manufacturer's product packaging (like shoe boxes) must be returned undamaged (please ship it inside another box to protect it).
Items not returned in new condition may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
If we made a mistake (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover the cost of standard return shipping (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority). Expedited shipping costs (Overnight, 2-Day, etc.) are not reimbursed.
Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all items upon arrival for errors or defects and contact us immediately if there is any loss or damage.
Used Items
All used items are final sale and not eligible for return. If you have questions about condition, we recommend reaching out before purchasing. We’re happy to help.
Special Orders
Returns on special order items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Lessons, Rentals & Tours
Any scheduled lessons or tours must be paid in full at the time of the reservation and may be cancelled with a full refund BEFORE 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time. If weather prevents lesson from being safe, alternate activities or store credit will be offered.
