We are currently offering free economy shipping on orders over $75 before taxes delivered to continental US addresses. Oversized or bulky items including but not limited to Surfboard, SUPs, Paddles, Sand Dollys, Boardbags or Towsleds are NOT included in our free shipping offer.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to process and ship. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or federal holidays.
Although we do our best to stock all items shown on our site, occasionally we do run out. In this case, you will be notified within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

All surfboards shipped are insured for the cost of the board (shipping cost is not insured). We ship using USPS, Fedex or UPS depending on the item. All surfboards are delivered signature required.

Shipping Damage
While it’s uncommon for a surfboard to be damaged during shipping, we ship every board fully insured for your peace of mind. Please inspect your package carefully before signing for delivery. If you notice visible damage to the box, note it with the driver and, if possible, take several photos of the package before opening it.
